Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
• Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing principles.
• Experience in customizing and configuring SAP modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions within SAP environments.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP PP and other enterprise systems.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production planning and control.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
