The role requires engaging with evolving project requirements to build scalable and efficient applications. Collaboration with team members and iterative development using contemporary methodologies are integral parts of daily activities, ensuring that the software meets specific business objectives and performance standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Continuously improve code quality and application performance through rigorous testing and optimization. - Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management within enterprise systems. - Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
