Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Strong experience in designing and developing scalable data pipelines and applications within cloud environments. - Ability to optimize data workflows and manage large datasets efficiently. - Familiarity with integrating various data sources and ensuring data quality and consistency. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to data analytics platforms. - Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.
