This role requires taking ownership of the application lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented. The position demands proactive communication and problem-solving to maintain smooth progress and alignment with project goals, while serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements to ensure seamless functionality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools. - Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within enterprise content management environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to content management systems. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices in custom software engineering.
