Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions. Your work supports specific business requirements, contributing to the overall enhancement and performance of the software landscape within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to improve development practices.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software components within complex systems.
• Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
• Experience in integrating custom software with existing enterprise applications and services.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
