The role requires continuous collaboration with team members to refine and improve application functionalities. You will engage in coding activities, testing new features, and ensuring that the software meets the evolving requirements of the business. The position emphasizes delivering efficient and scalable solutions by applying modern development methodologies and adapting to changing project demands in a dynamic work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously evaluate existing software components to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. - Document development processes and maintain clear communication channels within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within enterprise resource planning environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to plant maintenance modules. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between different system components. - Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
