Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software development practices, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and experience with HANA database integration. - Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP environments. - Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and version control systems. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
