Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The role also includes overseeing the progress of development tasks and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones through effective communication and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of application design and configuration activities to meet project goals.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align development efforts with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to master data management.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data governance best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Effective communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
