The engineer actively participates in refining system architecture to ensure scalability and performance, while also addressing evolving business needs through innovative software design and coding practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to improve software development processes and outcomes. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software solutions with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles. - Strong knowledge of software design patterns and architectural frameworks. - Experience with system integration and data flow optimization. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable software architectures. - Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and deployment models. - Competence in performance tuning and ensuring high availability of software components. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data Architecture Principles. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - Equivalent education is required.
