The role includes coding and enhancing various components within systems or applications, ensuring they are scalable and perform efficiently. Working within an agile environment, the engineer collaborates closely with different teams to deliver high-quality software that meets evolving project goals and client expectations. Continuous improvement and adaptation to new technologies and frameworks are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to business challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Experience with Java programming and object-oriented design principles. - Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with database technologies including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
