Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing effective solutions to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each part functions seamlessly within the overall system. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications, adapting to evolving client demands and technological advancements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver high-quality software solutions is an integral part of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software development with client requirements.
• Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication channels within the team.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Node.js.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
