Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will also engage in iterative design processes, ensuring that the applications align with both user expectations and business objectives, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application design. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday US Time Tracking. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements. - Ability to create detailed functional specifications and design documents.
