Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to ensure software quality and maintainability.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks and policies.
• Ability to integrate Collibra solutions with various data management platforms and tools.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex data governance issues.
• Experience with automation and scripting to enhance data governance workflows.
• Familiarity with data quality management and metadata management concepts.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Collibra Data Governance.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
