Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires engaging in coding activities, collaborating with team members to refine application features, and continuously improving software performance. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Assist in maintaining and updating existing software applications to improve functionality and user experience.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team environment.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
