Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Document software designs, processes, and updates to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Experience with data processing and transformation techniques to prepare data for analysis.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work with various data sources and integrate analytics into software solutions.
• Effective problem-solving skills to address technical challenges in software development.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
