Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application meets the desired requirements. The individual acts as the main liaison for the project, guiding the team through technical challenges and aligning efforts to deliver high-quality solutions. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
• Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within the Pega environment.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to software applications.
• Ability to lead and guide development teams through the software delivery lifecycle.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and working with multiple systems to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Skilled in analyzing requirements and translating them into effective technical designs.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Pega Platform.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
