Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding client needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to improve performance and usability. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the engineer navigates through different stages of application development and deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application stability.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
• Experience with component-based architecture and state management in React.js.
• Familiarity with front-end development tools and workflows including version control systems.
• Understanding of responsive design principles to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Ability to integrate APIs and work with asynchronous data fetching.
• Knowledge of debugging and performance optimization techniques in web applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
