This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of each project and translating them into effective software solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals is a key part of the daily routine, alongside continuous refinement and adjustment of the software to optimize performance and usability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project objectives and technical challenges. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance efficiency and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with MySQL, AWS BigData. - Strong knowledge of database design principles and data architecture. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable data models. - Familiarity with data integration and transformation processes. - Experience in optimizing data storage and retrieval for performance improvements.
