Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into effective software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with evolving business goals and operational workflows. The engineer actively participates in refining application functionalities and adapting configurations to optimize performance and user experience throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and their application within cloud environments.
• Experience in configuring and customizing cloud-based supply planning solutions to meet diverse business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications for application development.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect supply planning applications with other enterprise systems.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud supply planning applications to maintain system reliability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
