Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials. - Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles within enterprise software environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system stability. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for application deployment. - Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
