Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives and continuous refinement of software components to meet evolving requirements are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with data integration and reporting within enterprise systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
