The role requires continuous collaboration with different teams to ensure that the software components are scalable and perform efficiently. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, applying modern frameworks and agile methodologies to meet evolving business requirements. Problem-solving and innovation are key aspects, as the engineer refines and enhances software to align with organizational goals and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of complex software components ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to identify and resolve integration challenges and optimize system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within cloud environments. - In-depth understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Experience with integration patterns and tools to connect diverse systems and applications. - Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of software components to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
