Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of project efforts, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the development process aligns with organizational goals. The position serves as the main liaison for application-related activities, overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver effective solutions. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the workflow and driving the project to successful completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse, Data Engineering, Data Building Tool.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices related to cloud-based data warehousing.
• Experience in optimizing data pipelines and managing large-scale data integration processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data workflows and improve system performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
