Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• Strong knowledge of component development and template creation within Adobe Experience Manager environments.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Familiarity with backend integration, including RESTful services and content repository management.
• Ability to work within agile development frameworks and utilize version control systems effectively.
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques and best practices for scalable web applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
