Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
• Strong knowledge of access control models and security frameworks within enterprise software environments.
• Experience in configuring and managing user roles, permissions, and security policies in cloud-based human capital management systems.
• Ability to analyze security requirements and implement solutions that comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and troubleshooting security-related issues across multiple platforms.
• Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure secure software deployment and maintenance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
