Azure Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, management, and optimization of Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure for our clients. You will handle L2 and L3 operational tasks, providing advanced technical support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of cloud services to ensure high availability, security, and performance across the organization.

YOUR MISSION: • Manage L2/L3 Azure operations, including incident triage, escalation handling, and SLA‑driven resolution • Perform root‑cause analysis on recurring infrastructure issues and drive long‑term remediation • Oversee core Azure services across compute, networking, storage, identity, and databases to ensure stable and secure environments • Implement automation and IaC (Terraform/Bicep) to streamline operations and standardize infrastructure deployments • Strengthen security posture through access reviews, vulnerability remediation, and governance enforcement • Optimize cloud performance and cost efficiency through continuous monitoring, right‑sizing, and capacity planning

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed: Analyst : 1430€ - 2890€ Senior Analyst : 1610€ - 3150€

WHO YOU ARE

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Microsoft Azure • Demonstrated experience managing L2/L3 operational tasks in a production Azure environment • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls, and load balancing • Experience working in a hybrid cloud environment (Azure + on-premises datacenter) • Strong communication, analytical, and customer-facing skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field • English language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1)

Nice to have: • Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS or GCP alongside Azure) • Microsoft certifications such as: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, AZ-500
