Summary Accenture is looking for a skilled Senior Analyst with experience in FAM Loftware and SAP EHS Global Label Management (GLM) to support business-critical labeling and compliance applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise labeling platforms, regulatory content management, application troubleshooting, and support processes within a regulated manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain FAM Loftware and SAP EHS GLM solutions used across global manufacturing operations. Analyze and resolve application defects, incidents, and user-reported issues. Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities. Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to change management and compliance procedures. Contribute to documentation, knowledge management, and operational excellence activities. Must Have Skills FAM Loftware SAP EHS Global Label Management (GLM) Functional and Technical Support Experience ITIL Framework Change Management Incident and Problem Resolution Label Lifecycle Management Good To Have Skills SAP S/4HANA SAP EHS Product Safety Loftware Spectrum SAP QM / MM NiceLabel ServiceNow Azure DevOps SQL GxP Compliance Computer System Validation (CSV) Pharmaceutical Labeling and Packaging Processes Experience & Qualifications 4–7 years of IT experience. Experience working with Loftware and SAP EHS GLM solutions. Understanding of regulatory labeling requirements within Life Sciences organizations. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent. Professional Attributes Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a global team environment. Strong focus on quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Preferred Certifications: ITIL Foundation, SAP EHS, Loftware Labeling Solutions, GxP/CSV Training.
