Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As a MicroStrategy Administrator, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members, analyzing system performance, and providing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will also interact with various stakeholders to ensure that the systems function optimally and meet business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Develop and implement best practices for system support and maintenance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Primary Skill: Expert proficiency in MicroStrategy Business Intelligence.
• Required Secondary Skill: proficiency in PowerBI, Qlik, Business Object (BobJ)
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience with database management and SQL.
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in MicroStrategy Business Intelligence.
• This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
