This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues. - Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. - Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools. - Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues. - Experience in debugging and troubleshooting multi-tier applications. - Familiarity with software lifecycle and support methodologies. - Ability to work with databases and understand data flow within applications. - Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
