Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system challenges and delivering timely solutions that ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of system performance are integral parts of the daily routine, contributing to maintaining business continuity and enhancing system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Strong understanding of system troubleshooting and root cause analysis within enterprise resource planning environments.
• Experience in managing and supporting maintenance management processes and workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with system integration points and data flow between SAP modules.
• Skilled in documenting technical solutions and maintaining knowledge bases for ongoing support.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
