Must have skills : SAP Ariba Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: The SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing Consultant is responsible for implementing and supporting Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes using SAP Ariba. The role focuses on procurement automation, catalog management, requisitioning, purchase order processing, invoice management, approvals, and integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA..The SAP Ariba Sourcing Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to streamline strategic sourcing processes, supplier collaboration, RFx events, auctions, and procurement transformation initiatives. . Should be ready to work from client location Bhilai at Chhattisgarh as this is 100 client facing role project Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba. - Gather business requirements and conduct Fit-Gap analysis. -Configure and implement SAP Ariba Sourcing and Guided Sourcing. -Design and manage RFI, RFP, RFQ, and Auction events. -Create and maintain sourcing templates, forms, questionnaires, and workflows. -Support supplier onboarding and supplier collaboration activities. -Configure approval workflows and sourcing policies. -Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and other third-party applications. -Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities. -Troubleshoot sourcing and integration issues. -Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents. -Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions. -Configure SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules. -Design procurement workflows for requisitions, approvals, POs, goods receipts, and invoices. -Configure catalogs, buying channels, approval rules, and spending controls. -Support supplier enablement through SAP Business Network. -Configure invoice reconciliation, exception handling, and tax processes. -Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ECC/S/4HANA using SAP CIG. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP Ariba. - This is a client onsite project and will be operated exclusively from the client's location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
