Application Developer

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing user needs, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the applications are user-friendly and meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. - Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. - Experience in application development and configuration within the Workday ecosystem. - Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics. - This position is based at our Manila office.
