JOB DESCRIPTION: Data Analyst Location: Machelen (Belgium), Paris (France), or Madrid (Spain). Office-based role, minimum 4 days per week in the office. Join Our Team We're looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about turning complex data into meaningful business insights. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable intelligence, enabling stakeholders across EMEA, APAC, and the US to make informed, data-driven decisions. If you enjoy working with data pipelines, data modeling, analytics, and visualization tools while collaborating with international teams, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data extraction and transformation to reporting and visualization. Your key responsibilities will include: Gathering and translating business requirements into reporting solutions and dashboards Collecting, combining, and transforming data from multiple sources into reliable datasets Designing and maintaining data models and semantic layers Building and optimizing ETL processes and data pipelines Preparing data repositories for further processing using modern cloud technologies and tools such as Azure Databricks Developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, or similar platforms Writing, maintaining, and debugging Python code for data processing and automation Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems Monitoring program performance and providing regular status reports to stakeholders Supporting data governance, compliance, and Data Lifecycle Management initiatives Acting as a Data Steward and collaborating with global data teams across EMEA, APAC, and the US What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Management, Business Management, Statistics, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, data management, data modeling, or a similar role Strong understanding of data processing, data orchestration, and data management principles Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken Nice to Have Experience working with cloud platforms and cloud-based data environments Dutch and/or French language skills Why Join Us?
