About the role
JOB DESCRIPTION: Major Responsibilities 担当施設を中心に、技術的サポートを提供する（Senior FCEはより高い質を求める施設を担当する）。 Medical Engineerやディーラーに対して当社製品の使用に関するトレーニングを行う 担当エリアの医療施設と所属営業所の技術的インターフェースとして活動する。 担当領域の問い合わせに応えて技術サポートを行う。 次の業務において、セールスへのバックアップ支援を行う。 District内施設の難渋症例の支援 営業につながる情報をセールスに提供する 担当エリアのトレーニングセミナー クリニカルスタディ/データ収集 トラブルシューティング 医師、看護師、医療機器技術者、営業職への新製品に関する院内トレーニング 顧客から問い合わせがあった場合、製品や症例に関する技術的・臨床的な情報の提供を支援する。 教育セミナーや教材の作製にあたり、トレーニング/エデュケーション部門を支援する。 医師や関係者を訪問して製品デモを行い、セールスを支援する。 専門分野の知識開発、規制上の要件、マーケット、自社や競合会社の製品に関する一般的知識、業界のトレンドだけでなく業界目標の理解に努める。 顧客からの苦情や製品クレームに対して、誠意をもって迅速かつ的確な対応を行う。 会社が指定する行動規範、公正競争規約、品質方針、環境マネジメントシステム、その他薬事法令上の規則など、全ての会社方針を遵守する。 その他、特命事項等を実行する。 Education: 大学卒業あるいは同等の一般教養、社会常識を得ることができる社会人経験を有する。 The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
