IS Functional Analyst (m/f/d) - SAP Authorization

This position reports to: IS Service Manager __ The work model for the role is: hybrid/ #LI-Hybrid Key responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and motivated IS Functional Analyst (m/f/d) - SAP Authorization who brings comprehensive security expertise to tackle complex challenges in Governance, Risk & Compliance. In this position, you will serve as a key contact for business needs and support the implementation and optimization of security solutions across our SAP environment. You will be mainly accountable for: SAP Authorization Management: Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of authorization concepts across the entire SAP system landscape – including role management and access rights administration S/4HANA Migration: Preparation and execution of migration projects with focus on authorization structures and designs Governance, Risk & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with GRC ARM processes, ITGC standards, and internal control frameworks, including implementation of mitigation controls Audit & Reporting: Support for internal audits, monitoring of control performance, as well as documentation and reporting on authorization and compliance activities Stakeholder Consulting: Advisory services and coordination with business units to determine requirements and close collaboration with IT Security and Audit teams Enterprise Architecture: Ensuring adherence to ABB Information Services Enterprise Architecture standards Trusted Advisor: Go-to contact for complex authorization and IT security matters Project Management: Steering and coordination of multiple projects while maintaining SLAs, quality standards, and adhering to timelines and budgets Qualifications for the role A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology or similar Min. 5 years experience in similar position Good knowledge of SAP Authorization and SAP GRC A background in programming language ABAP and Java is welcome - but not a must A collaborative, solution- and customer-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills Business fluent German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken Benefits Canteen Employee Assistance Program Flexible Workpractices Employee Share Acquisition Plan Please note: in the case of equal suitability, people with severe disabilities and their equals are given preference.
