This position reports to: Service Operations Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will execute medium-to-high-complexity service work – installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades and retrofits – according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB processes, standards and safety guidelines. You will deliver good customer service by meeting customers’ needs, while maintaining good relationships with customers. You will work with others to identify new service business opportunities, helping to convince clients to take the complete service portfolio. The work model for the role is: onsite You will be mainly accountable for: Have experience in power quality solutions (power factor improvement, harmonic mitigation, etc.) Perform power quality measurement and analysis Perform electrical power system studies such as load flow analysis, short circuit analysis, reactive power compensation analysis, harmonic analysis, dynamic analysis etc Prepare technical report for the power quality studies conducted Perform site installation, testing & commissioning of electrification products Perform other field service activities including troubleshooting, repairing, maintenance, replacement applications for electrification products Online technical support for customers, sales team and partners Perform service works according to ABB’s technical, commercial and health & safety standards Perform trainings to customer at site and at ABB facilities Prepare the service reports and records that are necessary for the quality of service Prepare the tools and equipments that are related to the jobs on the to-do list Provide the maintenance of the service tools and keep the test tools in working condition Ensure customer satisfaction during / after deliveries Qualifications for the role University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Electronic Engineering At least 2 years of experience in LV products and services Good command of written English and intermediate/upper intermediate level of spoken English Knowledge in MS Office programs Team worker, methodical, communicate effectively and customer oriented Good planning and organizational skills Ability to travel frequently A valid driving license Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
