This Position reports to: Service Workshop Manager The work model for the role is: {onsite} Your role and responsibilities Perform workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, assembly and testing. Conducting through inspections and assessments of equipment to identify and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues. Utilizing specialized tools and equipment for vibration analysis to assess the condition of motors and generators, performing vibration analysis to identify potential faults, defects or abnormalities in the equipment Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Proactively executes work on first-time right approach and ensures the job is done on time and on quality Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines. Checks bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts for needed for service activity and ensures that all materials, parts, and equipment are available. Preparing comprehensive reports documenting service activities, including findings, recommendations and actions taken. Frequent domestic travelling will be required, as the role will require hands-on support at customer sites. International travelling might also be required for field services and training purposes. Qualifications for the role Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of Electrical Machines and applications. Knowledge of AC/DC Motors/ Generators. Good level of English, both written and spoken. Turkish knowledge is a must. Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills. Flexibility and quick adaptation to frequent scheduling updates. Valid driving license (type B). We value people from different backgrounds. Could this be your story?
